brianh
I love the turquoise models! Very nice! Now you only need the Casino, Wildkat, Sorrento, Emperor Regent............ Wait... a turquoise Emperor? You're kidding right?
RobinTheHood
Nope. They seem to be pretty rare. http://www.archtopguitarsandbooks.com/product.php?id_product=
jdogric12
Thanks everybody! The Casino was my workhorse during the swing resurgence of the late 90's. The Riviera I picked up about a year and a half ago. I felt it was missing its twin!!! LOL

Supersonic
I love the Casino and Riv in the turquoise! Very nice! On the other hand.......Robin, this has to be one of the ugliest guitars I've ever seen. Emperor fail. Nope. They seem to be pretty rare. http://www.archtopguitarsandbooks.com/product.php?id_product=
LPDEN
Even the rare colors that did exist are hard to come by today because they were so limited, so thakfully Epiphone has the thoughtfullness to offer varoius colors in today's production archtops and solidbodies. The more I look at this pair, the more I like them. So nice!
mrw1960
Awesome Duo!!! Thanks for posting that..
RobinTheHood
On the other hand.......Robin, this has to be one of the ugliest guitars I've ever seen. Emperor fail. If you think the turqoise Emperor is ugly, you should see it in green metal flake! Totally hideous!
LPDEN
I think the rare colors are coo! Make mine pink, please!

LPDEN
Get a Daisy Rock, LOL. Aww c'mon, give me more credit than that! Some of the best and rare vintage and custom guitars of significant value are pink -or turned pink (i.e. faded Fiesta Reds)!
RobinTheHood
I think the rare colors are coo! Make mine pink, please! I like the oddball colors too, but Sparkle Green on an Emperor is just wrong. The Sparkle Gold looks ok though.
bobouz
Goofy colors can be fun, especially if they're transparent. Just wanna see the wood!
RobinTheHood
Goofy colors can be fun, especially if they're transparent. Just wanna see the wood! I can definitely agree with that. I love the trans finishes. I wish that I owned one. Someday....
jdogric12
bumpity bump! Thinking of selling some instruments... I don't see any Peerless Rivieras on the 'bay. Would this fetch a decent price, you think? a '96 turquoise with Bigsby aka Vibrotone?
Parabar
If you think the turqoise Emperor is ugly, you should see it in green metal flake! Totally hideous! Au contraire, mon frere! I think the green metallic Emperor Regent is spectacular --- along the lines of the classic Gretsch Country Club in Cadillic Green, but with more pizzazz!
