JPO1959
AC/DC's Powerage! IMO, it's their greatest album ever made and was at the top of their game with the late, great, Bon Scott.

cjlandry
I could also listen to some Pink Floyd forever, but it's difficult to choose which album. Roger Waters' lyrics grab my soul, as does the rest of the band's music. As much as I love Gilmour, I still liked the band best when it was Waters, Gilmour, Mason, and Wright. Perfect music. I'm also a huge Alan Parsons fan, so I'd probably go with Dark Side of the Moon.
RichCI
Tough one! I'd also second The Black Crows Southern Harmony but Aerosmith's Toys In The Attic and The Beatles' Revolver would be equally strong contenders.
iddude
Tough question and I concur with many of the previous selections; however for me, you can't beat Led Zep's raw and hard hitting first album. Wish I had the ability to post the image of the big Zeppelin on the album cover!
