Smurfbird
Now, now, we're supposed to be the open-minded board that accepts all comers. I hope Martin has a killer announcement to make. I love their guitars, too.

MiloMinderbinder
"BIG" probably means a big letdown... Not a cheap shot at Martin b/c I like them and their guitars, but that's the nature of hype.

rar
... CEO 7 ... Maybe it's CEO-related. Have they officially announced that Chris is stepping down yet and who his replacement is? (It is a "her", but not Claire. :)) I heard about this weeks ago from a local dealer. I gather it's not exactly a secret, but it is something they will make a big fuss about at the appropriate time even if "everybody" already knows about it. -- Bob R

I really liked to watch them (even though I'm not a big martin lover). I liked the guy ... I liked the way he spoke and I liked the way he was proud about what his family had done . bobouz
"Clown burst" Haha, love it.... simply brilliant. Hat's off, fella. While pinning this term on Martin bursts, realize that it's been applied to certain Gibson Les Pauls for many years, as in a bright yellow center with a quick transition to red. ParlourMan
Pfox has got himself a job Their bursts might be a bit dodgy, but nobody does dodgy like PFox, he sets the benchmark here. His bursts are like hearing Shed Seven are reforming, all you take away from it is a 'WTF'.

mike tango
I have owned many martins and it is apples and oranges to compare to gibson. Better to have both. I gotta say though I absolutely detest the new logo.
