kwalker201
A good friend asked me to sing this for him. So I took an attempt at this song and try to do it justice. It's a multi-track acoustic with a little bass thrown in. Hope it sounds alright. It needs Murph to throw some mandolin in it.

MorrisrownSal
Played this for my wife. She loved it. She said your voice makes her tear up. You bumped BBGrunt, who is now history. Congrats! I think. You can come pick her up on Monday. 1313 Mockingbird Lane...

theflyingturtle
I put the song on as background music and didn't really listen at first but your phrasing really caught my interest and drew me in. I paused it halfway through to post this. I really, really like your phrasing. I find the way you utter the first syllable in a phrase deeply interesting. I'm dying to ask, as a vocalist, what artists would you credit as your in? There are things you are doing that I want to learn to do. I have other compliments about the song but I'll listen to the whole thing first.

j45nick
Really, really nice version of this great, simple traditional song. My father used to sing it when I was a kid. He had one of those high, lonesome voices I wash I had. Your voice is absolutely perfect for this type of music.

MorrisrownSal
Red and Anne have said it - heck we all have. You have a voice that is on a very high plain reserved for very, very few, professional or not. If you were in my town I would cut off a finger to be able to back your vox with guitar and an occasional harmony.
