You know this pandemic has gone on too long when...

Yeah, we tend to forget regular routines when they’re not routine anymore.  I’m starting-up a regular open mic (before COVID) tomorrow night and I spent some time today making sure I remembered how to set-up my Yamaha sound system.  Haven’t used it for almost a year.  My Roland EX is easy, but the Yamaha has a few more switches on it...lol

Haha, I plugged my Casino in and waited for the amp to come on, Kept plucking the strings, No sound. "What in the world?"  I kept looking for the problem why no sound?

Then BANG, it hit me. Wrong Amp. Lol.  I was plugged in the one below instead of the top amp. DUH

Yes, I really did, ha, ha.

It made me realize just how long I've been sitting here, waiting for things to return to normal.  I think I've flipped a toggle switch to the bridge position 5,000 times in the last year for that solo.

Oh, wait a minute...

Cripes.  Another misuse of the phrase.   Anyway....

You know this pandemic has gone on too long when...

... You start to think of face masks as a "fashion statement".    or.....

You've gotten so used to talking and listening to people talk through them you begin to understand  what "South Park's" Kenny is saying.
