Can anyone help please?

I'm no expert by any means but the truss rod cover and nut don't look stock and there are no nibs on fret ends.  And this is totally subjective, but the neck looks wide at the nut, and the finish looks too glossy, plastic, and clear for NC. Hope I'm wrong. Better pics might be more helpful.

your pictures are too small to see any detail, you need to host them somewhere,  like a facebook account, for example.

but it looks dodgy even with those

to check authenticity, take off the truss rod cover,  if it needs an allen wrench to adjust the neck relief, it's not authentic

USA gibson will not have an Allen Wrench fitting there

Pics are too small, but the bridge posts look like they have screw driver slots which would mean it’s not genuine. Others reasons have been pointed out in previous comments.

I thought so too, but it's so hard to tell with those pics...

I just now noticed the square shape of the fingerboard inlays.

Can't say as I have ever seen any quite that shape on a genuine Gibson.

<snip>

Actually the square inlays appear on Customs like: LPC, SGC, ES Customs, even some acoutic customs.  Customs usually have the split diamond inlay on the headstock.

Here's my ES-359 Custom - square inlays - definitely genuine.

Wow.
That's interesting.

Learn something new every day.
It's an unconventional look.

Sort of like Geddy's Signature Bass, I reckon.

🤨

My Custom 356 has the square fingerboard inlays too, and pretty much like this fake LP we're discussing, they aren't centered accurately between the frets, and not always parallel to the frets either 🙂  My L-5 from Custom shop also had square inlays - although a little more accurately placed.
