On the battlefield of love there is no mercy , no mercy

In this perilous realm we enter all alone, all alone

more powerful and more beautiful then ourselves,

more fragile and better then ourselves

we enter all alone, we enter all alone

on the battlefield of love

And we leave this field sadder then ourselves

Sometimes in a mortal solitude

And we start to dream to be alive again

On the battlefield of love

Lyrics are not written by me - this is a collaboration original

Today I was in the atelier of my friend master-luthier Galin Penev. Recorded this song playing on the last guitar he made - solid spruce top, solid east-indian back&sides, mahogany neck. The sound is still "unopened". This will be a great instrument after severa months of playing, or after couple of weeks with a Tone Rite switched on it.

Matt,

That was very good but let me make a couple of suggestions.

1. I can hear your fingers moving over the strings... could you put some flat wounds on there?

2. I see you forgot your pick. Perhaps you should always keep one in your pocket. I use the "watch pocket" on my jeans to keep my picks.

Oh and one more thing... If you wore some heels like the band Kiss then you wouldn't need that foot stool. I guess you could just saw the legs off the chair a few inches too huh?

[lol]

Wal-Mart has a special on KISS shoes...

Everybody's a critic...nice playing anyway!
