Dunno yet tonight, but at the end of April I am cooking the feast for our Shire's annual event:

Since the rain has finally let up I'm barbecuing.

You know what that means?

Two Tri-tips cooked with red oak over an open pit, maybe some sweet breads, definitely some garlic bread, pinto beans, coleslaw and macaroni salad.

And as always, Santa Maria style.
