Confession:

At 1.30.a.m. this morning I couldn't sleep and felt hungry so went in kitchen and ate big bowl of crunchy oat cereal and piece of toast.

After this massive hit of calories I slept well.

8.30.a.m. Porridge, more toast, cup of tea.

2.30.p.m. Orange juice, cheese on....toast (I bake my own bread), coffee.

Later on; no, not toast but jdgm's chicken salad.

Grayson wanted to go to Chuky Cheese for pizza. Deb drove to the Great Pizza Machine instead. I had chili a salad and two slices of pizza that were ok. Everything else was cold and Grayson only ate cookies and junk. Couldn't get him to eat any pizza. She should have gone to Chuky Cheese! msp_flapper.gif These Two's are getting into a mind of his own.

Standard Breakfast = 2 cigs with a cup of black unsweetened tea

Lunch = processed meat (ham, salami, etc.) with lettuce sandwich or roll from home or take away curry with rice

Early supper = 4 - 5 schooners of beer + 10 - 15 cigs

Dinner = 2 - 4 glasses of white wine and whatever's been cooked

Because I've been a good boy my beloved took me to the bowls club last night. That place is turning out to be the best food in town!

They have a buffet servery for veggies and salads and you can help yourselves.

I have a beef & guiness pie and it was really beaut!
