The couch thing seems to happen around 10PM, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. I get up at 5:30AM for work so my ability to stay up late is pretty much shot. Thundergod Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 I usually go to bed at (about) 3:30... and get up at around 6:00 (most nights I get up at 4:30-5:00 and just watch tv for 15-30 minutes before falling asleep again... I got a sleep disorder that (in short) makes it imposible for me to sleep 8 hours when I got nothing better to do... but when I got something to do or a place to go to, I get tired and sleepy at 9 pm.
