pippy
No Question about it; 'Trampled Underfoot' - Led Zeppelin (from 'Physical Graffitti'; my favourite Zep album of all) My 4 year-old daughter boogies-on-down like there'll be no tomorrow when it comes on. Cruznolfart
80's huh? I still like Greasy Legs and Ski-ing from George Harrison's '68 Wonderwall.

NeoConMan
I'll agree 100% with the Led Zep stuff. Go back to the seventies and check out Gary Wright and his Dream Weaver album. Never thought you could do blues on a synth. Guilty pleasure of mine - from a guy who HATES synths...

rocketman
OK, lots of good ones listed here. I listen to a wide variety of music but I'm going with the decade of synth music. Lots for me but I like Herbie Hancock, , Kim Carnes and of course Thomas Dolby. Oh let's not forget about (he he he).
Gilliangirl
The 80's? Worlds Away - Strange Advance Phasors on Stun - FM (actually, I'm not even sure if this one is synthesized but it sure sounds like it. Maybe someone can set me straight) Oh, and Gary Neumann! Anything by Gary Neumann.
NeoConMan
Well, here's a couple of Pop/Rock songs that will get laughs from most rockers but have some redeeming guitar parts. I Ran by Flock Of Seagulls has some cool Strat licks in it. Seriously, listen to it without laughing... I Just Died In Your Arms by Cutting Crew has some tasty guitar fills throughout the entire song. Pop songs I can actually listen to!
rocketman
OK a couple of serious ones from me now: and anything by Rick Wakeman. He is incredible...
Homz
This one is my favorite, but it's a mild melodic synthesizer. Might even be an electric piano. Jefferson Starship -- "Miracles"
