swleary
I bet it has something to do with Kirk Hammet putting his name on it and it's a 20th anniversary model. Sucks being that much, doesn't look bad.
dem00n
I could see it going for like...$2,000...but 10...is ****ing stupid.

Hector Arcadius
Actually, I played last month Kirk Hammett's signature model by ESP/LTD which goes for around EUR 500 and it was more than decent! Actually, for a medium-priced shredder guitar, it was great. But since there are guys that are actually willing to pay the buck...

Shnate McDuanus
Yep. BIG difference between what a guitar costs, what a guitar's worth, and how much a guitar is offered for.

Riffster
My question back to you Dem00n is, why are you secretly looking at expensive guitars with EMGs? If the guitar makes a Kirk Hammet fan happy why not?

Tim Plains
I'd take that over the hideous EVH signature guitar. I saw one up here for $17,000. WTF? I wouldn't pay $300 for that.
Shnate McDuanus
$9,999 is a little better than what the Michael Bloomfield sig went for. Remember that the guitar the Mike Bloomfield sig was based on was the one Mike bought from Dan Erlewine for $100.
Silverbursted
hahaha 10k for that piece of sh*t?!?!?! that tickles my insides.... B) Real ESP's are very nice, not $10g nice, but nice all the same. You can't compare them to the LTD line that are carried by GC, it's like trying to compare an Epi Studio to a Gibson Custom. Night and day IMO.
