I like it....The Tele shape is closer to the Seymor Duncan model......

Fender has made these before...Squire has a two HH Tele out

that can be had for a crazy $90 US dollars, and it plays

very well.........I'd like one of these with cream Lollar P-90s....

Steve, I've got one and it's a great guitar. The Bridge pickup is a 59 Holy Grail with a coil tap. It is a great sounding guitar, has a set neck and is made in Indonesia. All for less than $500.00. Buy it!!

Must not be the same one I was looking at... but I still like it :)

But you like people who have played them no?

Yes, and I respect anyone else's desires to play a Telecaster. They sound great and everything. They're just not my thing.

Heck, if I excluded any guitarist who's ever picked up a Tele from my music collection...there'd be nothing left but pre-50s jazz, pre-50s acoustic folk and classical!

Hm...now that I think of it...maybe that's not such a bad idea. [biggrin]

*puts on flamesuit*

I've never liked Telecasters period.

Me either, until I screwed up and played one through a Fender G-Dec. Suddenly, they don't suck. Still don't really care for the look or feel, but I'll learn to live with it for the tone :D.
