brannon67
True, Gibson has the best burst out there.
DanvillRob
I thought the burst was to cover imperfections in the top or back, where "nautural" tops have to be virtually "perfect"! That said, I like the bursts!

zombywoof
Burst all the way Baby! I am talking dark edged pear shaped tobacco burst. None of that cherry burst stuff (OK, I will make an exception for a Hummingbird). As Ted McCarty once said, their burst finish was as much a Gibson trademark as their logo. Elmer
I saw the blond ES175 and I had to have it, what a beauty. I came home with her and it felt if I did not dare to touch her. But certainly very beautifull. Due some imperfections I had to bring her back and bought me an ES175 Sunburst. I came home and played all evening (just layed her down to take pics and post them here). Could not resist her, needed to play! And now...I am a Sunburst lover. I really mean that. I saw both, had both in hand. I say BURST!

E-minor7
The word "acoustics" is spelled wrong on the case! (nice guitar!) That's right Larry – But you suggest it says 'acoustics', I'm pretty sure the owner wanted to write 'acoustic'. A good day to you Sir -
Hairy Dave
While I love bursts on acoustics and the likes of ES335's etc I really like the antique natural on the Les Paul Classic Custom
