I know I'm old and maybe clueless at times and I apologize but I don't know what this ICP is that was referred to. I know all the other stuff that was mentioned although I've never heard Bucket Head but this ICP is foreign to me.

Insane Clown Posse.

Oh, man, that KLF disc is priceless. I bought that just to listen to Tammy.

I, myself, am saddled with Marianne Faithfull's Greatest Hits. I really had a thing for her in high school.

I was married back when Michael Jackson's Thriller was released. My then-wife sent me to the record store to buy a copy for her. I refused. I told her I was afraid one of my friends might see me.

Xanadu Soundtrack [thumbup]

Man did I ever get hazed from my fellow band mates [biggrin] .... But there was one part of the film I just thought so clever on how they combined two totally different songs and scenes so seamlessly [thumbup] .... I'm a sucker for musicals [blush] .... BTW, All That Jazz is one my favorites.

Here's the Xanadu scene I'm talkin about

one of nickelbacks first albums, "Silver Side Up" I still really dig the song " How You Remind Me" . Alot of people seem to despise em tho.

Good album, it was good.

I regret nothing. I listen to everything, and pull out bits and pieces that I think can help me do song writing, etc

Tsk...Tsk...

Rich; you shoud be ashamed that you have "I'm too sexy..." when everyone knows this is Right Said Fred's greatest triumph...

Furthermore...Over at "Pedant's Are Us"...

I'm not trying to teach my Granny to suck eggs but when placing in alphabetical order shouldn't it be more like;

Bangles, The

Beatles, The

Carpenters, The

Cars, The

Not that I have OCD or anything....(or as someone here once posted 'CDO'...)

And lastly; "Upstairs at Eric's" was by Yazoo, with the wonderful Alison Moyet.... Yazz had her big hit with "The only Way Is Up"...

LOL!

Seriously though; great list, Rich. I have most of them myself!
