That's a tough one. I've played several today a few times each. House of the Rising Sun, Walk Don't Run, Pipeline and American Woman. Just D tuned the Fender acoustic to it.

I don't know if that is how Keef played it but that is more than acceptable my friend!!  👍

Claudette and Goodtime Charlie's got the blues

Nothing!

Quit the band.

Going to start writing stuff.

Will be a while before I have anything.

May post it here if anyone cares.

Looking forward to being creative.

Hopefully it sounds okay.

if it's rock, please post it conspicuously. writing your own stuff is way cooler than covers. i will check it out for sure [thumbup]

Mountain - Theme For An Imaginary Western

I just really like this song.

Jack Bruce wrote it. Figures a bass player would get it.

Mountain was my first ever concert. Blew my mind, 1969, at the Wollman Rink in Central Park. I came home from that one a changed kid and proceeded to ruin my parent's life.

Mr. Grinch song from the cartoon, got it off the Gibson site when they used to show how to play songs and of course they used different guitars made by Gibson. But they dropped it. I imagine it had something to do with copyrights. Too bad it was a nice way to demonstrate guitars, maybe they should do that again?
