I use the hello kitty types. The edges have a sharp cut to them which makes the guitar chirp / squeal really cool. Plus the texture from the hologram allows them to stay positioned in my finger tips... especially when I have perspiration on my hands.

Downfall is they only last about week, and they fall apart in the dryer.

I use regular old Fender mediums. Depending on the song(s), a pick might last four or five songs or just one because they disintegrate. But, I can't stand the softer feel of nylon or tortex and the Fender picks are extremely cheap and easy to find for sale.

I have an obscenely heavy hand with a lot of wrist snapping so I keep switching to lighter and lighter picks. With 11s I don't break strings, but staying in tune can be tough. My latest test drive are the Dunlop standard nylon ones in .60. So far, so good. Had to give up on Tortex after 10+ years. They don't have enough give.

Fender Mediums. All the colors sound the same to me except Abalone, and I swear it has a more "rounder, more organic" attack than a regular celluloid pick.

I don't have a heavy attack so one lasts about a month, more about finesse. Hardly ever break strings either.
