LarryUK
Rught. I've just made a plain one for dinner. Just four eggs. butter and some water. Someone once told me that water makes them more 'fluffy'. It's true. How do you do yours? Lets have some ingredients. I like onions in them. EVOL!
Water? Fluffy? Yuck. Like my eggs dense.  - cook some onions and different types of peppers in olive oil - pour two scrambled eggs on top - cook and flip - put some chipotle queso chihuahua on top and fold the egg over  Plate and smother in hot sauce. mrktwn
1-2 eggs, 1 clove of garlic crushed a little milk(2% or whole) makes it fluffy like water but better than water IMHO. pinch of sea salt pinch of oregano fresh ground black pepper Heat olive oil until it ripples, fry egg. top with Mexican cheese, salsa and a couple of corn tortillas! My favorite eggy breakfast.
