Megafrog
I have been wanting to get a real deal, modern Les Paul Standard for a long time now so I finally pulled the trigger. I got a “minor blemish” 2016 LP Standard LE Mahogany top from AMS and just received it. Great guitar! The blemish is a nick in the binding on the horn. Pictures will be up this afternoon. I have a few Traditionals, a couple of Classics amongst others but this blows them all away.
Karloff
it's just "pre-nicked". saves you the trouble. that way you wont freak out when you put one of your own on it. looking forward to seeing it.

Probably due to carrying those heavy guitars & amps all the time. :(

Twang Gang
That mahogany top is SWEET looking. Couple of questions. Is the top a cap like it would be if it were a maple top, or is the guitar just one solid piece of mahogany? Is the tone quite different than your maple top LPs? Congratulations on a nice find. Megafrog
Beautiful guitar. I'm not even seeing the blemish. I'm definitely ok with minor blemishes or small issues. The blemish is a scrape in the binding right on the tip of the horn. You can feel it if you touch it but it isn't very visible.

Pinch
But the one you have seems like a winner I don’t have a Les Paul but I will have one some day! But you have great Vs, if I remember correctly. I would be envious of Megafrog IF it weren't for the fact that he actually took the time out to basically get a speculum out and see if the output jack on my V looked like his. Anyone who goes to those lengths to accomodate my insanity deserves as many Les Pauls as he has room for :D
