Put himself through MBA school while he was working days in the banking business working out bad commercial loans. He still works a full time job for a real estate developer and goes to the restaurant and washes dishes or whatever when they're short. His wife waits tables in a pinch. I think they borrowed a bunch of money from some rich lady and paid it off. He is the business partner and put the whole thing together.
